1. Following up to collect and manage employees' documents. Manage and update personnel database on master files
2. Make monthly reports (manpower) and other reports related to manpower whenever required
3. Calculate and complete monthly PIT declaration,
4. Prepare offer letter and checklist document for the newcomer.
5. Handle all administrative tasks for foreign Expert as Quarantine, Visa, Work permit, TRC….
6. Prepare all the Compulsory Insurance and PIT tax report
7. Organize yearly healthcare checkups for employees.
8. Other tasks assigned by HRM
Yêu cầu công việc
- English is a must;
- Graduated from College/ University;
- Knowledge about Social Insurance is a priority;
- At least 3 year of working experience in the same position;
- Careful, attention to details, hard-working, stable and positive mind, friendly
