1. Receptionist:
· Responsile for the front desk of Buzz Communication, i.e welcoming clients/ visitors, distributing correspondence and ensuring the communications and image are always professional.
· In charge of telephone operation by managing in-coming and out-going telephone-calls, screening telephone calls and recording messages.
· Receive/ deliver mail and documents to employee hand-in-hand.
2. Administration:
· Tracking/ be reponsile for facilites, equipment at company; to ensure office is beautiful and administration service is good.
· Tracking and be responsible for check in – out status of employees.
· Preparing/ organizing internal/ external meetings.
· Booking lunch.
· Manage administrative cost and report expenses.
· Warehouse control.
· Assist, planning and organize internal events of company such as employees’ birthday, company trip, Noel, YEP, farewell, health check-up and others internal projects…
3. HR assistance:
· Collect and calculate employee timesheet, annual leaves.
· Interviewing assistance such as scheduling interview appointments, update candidate database, ect.
· Assist new staff in administrative process, resignation process.
· Other tasks as requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
· University degree, fresher is welcome to apply
· Dedicate to work and develop in HR-Admin field
· Good in both verbal and written in English skills
· Good at PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc)
· Good appearance
· Able to work independently and under high pressure
· Logic thinking, careful, organization skill
· People relation skill, adaptable and flexible
· “Can-do” attitudes, proactive
· Responsible, enthusiastic, highly trustworthy
