Mô tả công việc
* C&B duties:
• Monthly payroll:
o Updating the master files, preparing the procedures for new/resigned employees.
o Managing employee attendance system.
o Calculating, preparing, and following up salary payment processes
• Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance:
o Implementing necessary procedures of social, health and unemployment insurance for new/resigned employees.
o Making quarterly social insurance reconciliation report; and
o Making claims for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and following up payment for employees.
• Personal income tax:
o Implementing PIT procedures such as registering PIT code, family dependents for employees; and
o Assisting in PIT declaration and finalization periodically.
* Internal HR Activities:
• Communicating and explaining the Firm's HR policies to the employees.
• Conducting various welfare activities.
• Organizing community activities for internal bond.
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
• Implementing and administering performance management processes.
• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
* Recruitment process:
• Implement various recruitment channels.
• Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting on-site interviews.
• Undertake HR clerical duties (e.g. mail processing, drafting, and filing offer letters, contracts, handling paperwork, making reports).
• Maintain candidates’ database.
And other HR related tasks assigned by Directors of the Firm.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalents with at least 03 years of experience in HR industry.
• Careful, detailed-oriented and highly responsible.
• Good at multi-tasking and time management.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
• Knowledgeable of labor law and HR practices; and
• Preferred with good command of English.
