With the role of HR Executive, you will
- Execute initiatives on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive recruiting planning strategies and execute (e.g. forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with, and meet, business demands and HR cost control
- Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments
- Assist develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies
- Propose market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention
- Execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities
- Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions
Yêu cầu công việc
An ideal candidate should be
· At least 1 years of RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE
· Strong interest in HR in complex organization
· Understand business implications
· Make recommendations to the management team
· Full fluency in English; Chinese is a plus;
· Detail – oriented, can do spirit, risk management mind set
· Experienced with PROJECT MANAGEMENT;
· DATA-DRIVEN, familiar with Excel
· Very structured with HIGH ENERGY;
