• Be in charge of all HR jobs, including: Recruitment, training & development, C&B, Policy & Profit, evaluation,…
• Manage recruitment process: Job advertising, select CVs, making interview, arrange paper work: job offer, labour contract, salary payment…
• Monitor and update labor contracts, implement social insurance, unemployment insurance; Labour Agreement and Regulations, salary scheme then register to the relevant authorities.
• Update the new rules relating to insurance policies and employee wages.
• Prepare documents, disseminate and implement procedures related to personnel: notifications, decisions, VISA, work permit,…
• Work with external agencies such as the Social Insurance Agency, Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Labour, tax, notary office ...
• Manage related expenses: water, ink, electricity, health examination, office supplies, and machinery ...
• Control working timetable, annual leave, sick leave.
• Manage and update employees’ data base;
• Assistant for General director

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/English (regular training in a Public University);
• Ages: From 25-30
• Graduate from an oversea university is a plus;
• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in HR, 3 years continuous working for one company.
• Understand well the Labour Code, Social Insurance Law and it’s related regulations;
• Hospitality manner; careful person;
• Good time management and organizational skills & keen on details;
• Possess good analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks;
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive;
• Saigon citizen is a plus;
• Good English communication.
