Compensation and Benefit:
• Ensure employee database are fully updated.
• Manage labour contract, employee profile, leave record.
• In charge of monthly payroll: consolidate timesheet, check sales incentive and proceed monthly payroll for local & expat staff.
• Handle PIT declaration and yearly finalization.
• In charge SI, HI, UI and medical check up (AON care, yearly health check for staff).
• Manage HR reports: labour report, other internal reports.
• Support in revising and developing HR policies.
Other HR and administration works:
• Support in other HR areas including recruitment, training, staff events and administration works as assigned from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor degree in HR, Business administration, Economics, or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience as HR C&B role in MNC/ FMCG company.
• Knowledge of labour law, SI law, PIT law.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Honesty, integrity, carefulness.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Excellent in MS Excel.
• Ability to work with a diverse team in different functions and locations.
• Able to communicate in English.
