HR Operations
- Recruiting & Staffing: Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Follow up, monitor staff probation/labour contract due date to ensure proper arrangement before the expiry date required by Laws. Liaise with line managers and country manager to ensure performance appraisal is fully collected by required timeline
- Prepare all HR legal documents such as staff confirmation letter, labor contract, appendix to labor contract, decision, etc
- Manage leave balance
- Exit procedure: arrange termination documents, calculate final payment for leavers, send notice of leaver and manage whole exit procedure process
- Assist to develop and implement company policies, handbooks, working procedures, etc
- Prepare and handle filling for staff profiles for both new joiners and leavers
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage the personnel master data for all employees within the business units by both manual and HR system, ensure of the data accuracy
- Registering, monitoring and implementing SHU insurance, medical insurance, and personal income tax
- Monthly payroll process
Administration (35%)
In charge of Administrative tasks as:
- Travel management: Handle car, hotel, Air ticket booking, visa application process for Experts & employees
- Contact to suppliers & purchase office equipment and stationery
- Control Admin expenses monthly and settle monthly payment voucher for suppliers
- Manage the onboarding of new employees and ensure optimal staffing of the operations. This also includes the management of all the processes for issuing Working Permit/ Temporary Residence card for foreign citizen employees
- Organize Company events
- Report, policies & processes: Prepare report in an accurate & timely manner, provide guidance/advices to employees on relevant policies & processes implementation
- Follow up and contribute to continuous improvement the company policies & procedures for assets management, ensure office & facility under good condition & well utilized
