HR Executive (Work from home - Part-time)

• Responsible for company financial statement to ensure that accounting records are correct and accuracy, to ensure that every transaction is comply with company policy, local tax regulation as well as statutory basis
• Daily checking, controlling, comparing and approving the entered in the account slips.
• Control cash payment and transfer and then fulfill cash flow report.
• Check salary/Payroll/timesheet/labor contract.
• Administer payroll and local benefits for all employees
• Management of payroll to ensure consistent quality, delivery, compliance with VN law, company policies and cost effectiveness
• Manage accounting books and documents, included: contracts, invoices, and related documents.
• Oversee daily accounting activities, including cash paid out, invoice.
• Prepare the monthly report, financial report, internal report to CEO
• Other jobs be assigned by CEO
Yêu cầu công việc
• Proven working experience in payroll, C&B, insurance, contract and other HR related work
• People oriented and results driven
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
