*GA:
- Updating business contact information
- Verifying and Recording such as newly signed contracts, renewal contracts, payments etc
- Purchasing and Managing office stationery and appliances
- Interacting with facility management unit to ensure a safe and efficient office environment
- Managing company's asset and updating regularly
- Controlling expenses and making timely payments related to the GA work
- Responding to employees's concerns: Id cards, parking tickets, equipment etc
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Planning and organizing the company's events
- Arranging logistics for business trip: booking air ticket, hotel room, visa etc
- Managing system and mail accounts
- Approving information security exceptions
*HR:
- Supporting resigners
- Managing time & attendance
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1 ~ 3 years of relevant experience
- Good English skills
- Preferred skills
- Strong communication skills with active, self-motivated, and enthusiastic mindsets
