Mô tả công việc

- Manage/ operate/develop all aspect of human resources and administration.
- Review and implement policies, procedures regarding to internal regulations, recruitment, salary structure and allowance system etc.
- Operate day-to-day activities e.g recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, training & development; performance and personnel management, labor disciplines …
- Control food service, waste treatment, transportation, decorative plants care, infrastructure maintenance…
- Manage and train staffs under supervision.
- Assist in provisions for expatriate employees’ benefits, accommodations, meals arrangements, working visas; work permit…
- Other tasks assigned by General director.
- Social insurance, Health insurance, unemployment insurance paid in accordance with the labor law.
- Manage the compliance jobs under the law and requirements of clients.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: BA, preferred to major in Human resource management, Business and administration.
- Profound knowledge on the law of labor/ insurance/ PIT.
- Experience: At least 5 years experience in the same position.
- Good skills at Communication/English/Computer/Problem solving.
-Willing to work at Trang Bang Industrial Park, Tay Ninh province.
