- Provides remuneration solutions, organizational development and human resources performance improvement advice
- Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas
- General Human Resources includes work across multiple areas of HR management including:
+ General HR program/policy development, administration and compliance
+ Employee hiring, on boarding, termination
+ Employee relations and communications
+ Rewards program coordination and/or administration
+ Immigration services
+ HR Business Partnership (consulting and coaching)
+ Talent and Organization Performance
+ Training and Development
Yêu cầu công việc
- Required qualification: Bachelor degree (at least), HR certifications is the priority
- Major: Human resources management or related field
- At least 10 years as HR Manager position
- Age > 40
- Smoothly communication by English
- Ability to strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
