OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Manage all HR Generalist Administration for employees
- Ensure to fill in all vacancies within lead time
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job description
- Implementing all recruitment process: recruitment scheduling and planning, manpower requisition form, resume search, CV screening, reference checks, interviews.
- Understand Business Units’ personnel requirements and proactively provide recruitment services for diverse positions, from high priority to manager or staff-level.
- Market mapping and creating candidates’ quality database, which supporting for recruitment pace as well as quality of candidates
- Conduct the regular surveys about new recruitment channels, candidate market, and recruitment and C&B policies in the relevant industries to improve our recruitment environment.
- Being responsible for following up and filling in vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the requirements.
- Keeping updated applicants’ database; proposing job descriptions for different positions upon request.
- Seeking supplier for labor outsourcing, deal price, make contract as requested
- Update resignation employee list, salary deduction to calculate monthly salary.
- Provide adequate HR information for new employees via on-boarding program
- Contact point on managing mentorship program process for employee, supporting mentor & mentee on developing phase to ensure the effectiveness of the program.
- Initiate and implement Employer Branding program
- Administrate Internship/Traineeship Program that engages and builds talent pipeline for the company.
- Be an active net-worker and an HR Professional to represent the Company inside and outside.
- Weekly & Monthly report of all figures related to wage costs for Finance Department
- Other task assigned by Head of Department.
Health and Safety Role
- Follow Toll and legislative health and safety requirements to do with their roles and responsibilities
- Identify and report hazards, injuries and incidents
- Follow reasonable instructions in both normal and emergency situations related to health and safety
- Act responsibly for the safety of self and others
- Participate in health and safety improvement activities, reviews, audits and consultation
- All have the authority to make decisions and act on any matter of health and safety to ensure their and other’s safety
- Report hazards, injuries and incidents
- Raise safety concerns
- Requisition designated protective equipment and clothing needed for their job
- Engage in safety audits and observations
- Undertake health and safety related actions assigned to them through appropriate channels

- Have knowledge and experience in Social Insurance
- Proficient in Computer skill
Business (Understanding of business concepts, knowledge of the organisation, profitability).

- Strong communication with others

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Tertiary: Bachelor degree
- Professional: Business Administration or Human Resource
