HR Intern (Learning and Development)

We are looking for a highly motivated HR intern who is interested in pursuing a career in human resource management, especially in Learning and Development. Job holder will handle following tasks:
- Support Training System (functional assessment, training record).
- Support Logistic & resources for L&D interventions (training arrangement, video clip, training materials, digital application, report..).
- Other learning activity support if assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
- University student, major in foreign languages, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Education, Technical & related major.
- Passionate interest in HR, especially in learning and development
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
- Learning agility, flash catch up, proactive & daring mind.
- Can work full-time during the 3-month internship without paid.
- Working place is at Hóc Môn brewery (Heineken Vietnam Brewery Limited - District 12 HCMC)
