The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR department of the company’s office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The HR Manager is responsible for the implementation, execution, compliance and improvement of all policies, guidelines and procedures set by the Human Resources Department to all its employees.

The HR Manager directly reports to the Administration and HR Head and indirectly to the CEO and strategically executes or puts into action the CEO’s vision, ideas and directives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manages the HR department in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
● Coordinates with the other department heads to support and deliver their hiring needs
● Handles the compensation and benefits of employees
● Ensures legal and government compliances and represents the organization at hearings
● Conducts employee performance reviews in coordination with department heads
● Develop and facilitates employee retention programs
● Ensures that company policies and guidelines are enforced and implemented
● Develops, implements, and reviews the company’s processes, policies and procedures if it necessitates improvement and or modification
● Addresses any and all concerns that involve the employee and other situations within the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

● At least 8-10 years of Professional HR Experience
● Psychology/ Business Degree holder or a Master's Degree in Business/Psychology or Human Resource is ideal
● Experience in an I.T/BPO/KPO/ITES industry is a plus
● Flexible to attend recruitment meetings, college visits and career fairs
