JOB PURPOSE
- Manage HR Team in daily operations to meet the company demand.
- To ensure that all HR and admin policies implement and comply with current company policy.
- Develop and implement HR strategies in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develops Human Resource strategies; effective Organizational Development
· Develop and organize the implementation of Human Resource plans to support meeting the company's human resource needs
· Manage salary, bonus and benefits, handle discipline, store personnel file information
· Identify of human resource needs and deploy recruitment
· Identify needs and organize development training
· Manage the performance evaluation system
· Develop policies to motivate and support employees
· Periodic reports according to the assigned work.
· Team development staff to meet the company's development needs.

JOB INFORMATION:
- Function: HR
- Reporting line: Board of Directors.
EDUCATION
- B.A. or MBA with Major: HR Management or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resource management, with at least 5 years in HR Manager position.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Solid knowledge of laws and legal procedures on labor relations, personnel, salary, regimes and policies.
- Have a strategic vision, strong leadership skills and organizational capacity.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Ability to perform effective communication skills, tact and listening, motivating.
- Skills in data orientation, analysis and reporting
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Hand-on experience in project & change management methodologies.
- Team oriented and service mind, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Foreign language: English, Korean is a plus
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
