HR MANAGEMENT
- Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources team, policies, and programs for the group company
- Leads HR team and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- Coordinates implementation of policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to Managing Director/General Manager, assists and advises senior managers about Human Resources issues.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree of business administration/economics/Human resource management
- At least 3 years experience at the same position in human resource management in Retail or FMC
- Good spoken & written in English & Vietnamese. French is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Diplomatic and negotiaton skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Outstanding organisational skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- The ability to work with personnel from all levels
- Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations
- Numerical and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of VN employment legislation.
- An interest in career development and training within the workplace.
