- Work with the board management to develop the HR strategy and lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day delivery of HR and Admin job to a rapidly growing workforce.
- Build for a professional and high performance HR Team.
- Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to ensure all human resources policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with labour laws.
- Work closely with managers at all levels to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, if required.
- Prepare the monthly HR report for meeting and Committee meeting.
- Key external relationships with Tax, Immigration, DOLISA & other regulatory bodies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam.
- Professional experience within international companies.
- Strong integrity, professionalism and confidential manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactively focused on delivering results.
- Approachable, engaging and trusting character.
- Well collaborate with the others, Good service-mind.
- Good in coaching and teamwork.
