Work Location: HCM, Ben Tre, Tay Ninh
Working time: Mon-Fri.

JOB PURPOSE:
• To support HR Department to handle all of HR Operations in Mekong Wind Power Project and other entities as per the assignment but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, Staff Engagement activity, Employee Relation, etc. to ensure the smooth operations of projects.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Manage all HR Operations of projects assigned under HR Manager’s supervision.
• Handle Compensation & Benefits including but not limited to payroll review, salary payment, contract management, PIT calculation and finalization, benefits, healthcare, annual health check-up, etc.
• Support and counsel HR Manager on HR Policy, procedures, process review and upgrade.
• Support to operate HR Information System (HRIS), maintain employee data and do analysis for generating report per required.
• Support HR Manager to implement Performance Management Process (PMP) including but not limited to setting KPI, mid-year review and Year-End-Evaluation.
• Be a key person to receive HR issue from staffs at site to report and counsel to HR Assistant Manager and related supervisory level Person-in-charged (PIC) to handle.
• Support HR Assistant in full process of recruitment activity, implementing staff’s training and engagement activities.
• Any other tasks/projects as assigned by the Project Manager or HR Manager.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Having at least 1 year experience in HR and used to work for MNC is plus.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• Well understand about Vietnamese Laws related to labor including but not limited to Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax (PIT), etc.
• Having the overview of HR functions, especially in complicated matrix organization.

SKILL/ABILITY REQUIRED:
• Good command in English skills.
• Tech-savvy person with high-skill of MS Office and familiar with HR System
• Multi-task solver.
