1. Receptionist task
· Welcoming visitor and directing the guest to the right person in charge.
· Receiving and delivering calls, faxes, document.
· Following up and filling in-and-out company legal documents, memo.
· Managing the office stationery and sanitation.
· Following up schedule of water and power supply from industry zone to timely provide information for the production of the plant.
· Checking the timesheet and leave record for staff at the factory.
2. Administration task
· Following up and making payment the office fee in terms of electricity, water, telephone, internet, newspaper and others at the factory.
· Asking quotations from suppliers for office stationeries and sending it to General Manager Plants for review and approval. Following up purchasing schedule and making payment.
· Arranging car schedule for the factory.
· Following up welfare policy and making welfare payment for employee at the factory.
· Preparing documents and complying with all the necessary procedure for the right of land use and building ownership in company.
· Assisting HR team for all company events.
3. Human resources task
· Recruit, interview sand selects employee to fill vacant positions in accordance with company and factory’s operating procedure.
· Following up attendance records, leave management, overtime of workers at the factory, leave out information.
· Managing workers’ documents in terms of inputting employees data to file, arranging document to file.
· Following up probation evaluation and making labor contract for new comers, renewal contracts.
· Following up the new registration and make report to insurance department monthly. Receiving SI books from works and delivery SI book for resignation workers on time.
· Supporting HR Executive to solve the problems in terms of welfare for workers.
· Guidance and registration Tax numbers, dependent person on tax payer for workers.
· Following up, inputting data and making the monthly report.
· Others task as assignment.
Yêu cầu công việc
· College of administration or finance or English.
· 6–months experiences at the same position or administration position.
· Good at MS Office.
· Basic English communication.
· Task management.
· Careful, hard working.
· Open-minded person.
