1. Recruitment:

  • Follow up manpower status and work with Head of Dept to have the recruitment plan to meet daily operations.
  • Work with Managers to understand performance of employees in probation period and advise the related process for labor contract process.
  • Work with vocational training centers, job centers to find sources for talents.
  • Ultilize hiring cost by using the possible methods to attract potential candidates.

2. Compensation and Benefit:

  • Keep tracking daily attendance by scanning system and regularly record.
  • Treat, anlalyize attendance data.
  • Proceed monthly payroll to have it paid intime as payment schedule.
  • Solve the issues of employee’s querry related to benefits.
  • Follow up labor contract of employees and proceed the issues related to labor contract.
  • Follow up Annual leave of employees and have it recorded in the proper and exact way.
  • Ensure all employees to have their SHUI payment at the right time of labor contract signing.
  • Monthly report, track, and solve the issues related to SHUI of employees.
  • Ensure SHUI payment data 100% exact between the company and Social Insurance Dept.
  • Update the new rules, regulations in term of the new changes in law of governments.
  • Open Taxcode and support the issues of Tax and Tax finalization.
  • Contact and work with State Agencies for the related matters needed to solve.
  • Daily follow up the discipline status in the company and have the suitable advice and solutions.
  • Regularly meet Managers/Team Leaders and Employees to listen to their feedbacks and grivance to be able to have a good record and treatment.

3. Administration:

  • Daily take a look at working attitude of security staff to ensure the proper ways of working and behavior.
  • Manage and control monthly stationary by ensuring the process from booking to delivery and recording and be sure of right purpose of use and cost saving.
  • Manage the contracts related to company assets.
  • Work with PCCC Dept of the Ward to get the annual practice schedule to be proceeded as their advised plan.
  • Assist to support the company events organized internally to keep employee’s spirit up.
  • Daily keep tracking the working status of facilities in office to have it repaired when broken.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • At least 03 years experience in HR role in manufacturing company.
  • Strong personal, decisive and have good ability to work independently in HR functions.
  • Good understanding of HR knowledge (in term of labor law, SHUI, Tax, Discipline)
  • Good ability to run commnunication with all level of the company without breaking the rules of relationship building.
  • Responsible and valued contributed.
  • Note: Working time is from 8:00AM to 17:00PM from Monday to Saturday (work ½ day on Saturday), and the required extra overtime (if required) to have jobs well done.
