I. Recruitment
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Be in charge of recruitment process for vacancies in Operation (Supply Chain), Finance, Information Technology, Research and Development, Human Resources all levels (from screening to on-boarding and integration)
- Manage headhunters for recruiting high level positions….
- Participates career fairs, student campus visits, Management Trainee program …
- Manage third-party agency for recruiting part-timers, short-term employees and supervise them for the process of compensation and benefit
- Build up and manage candidate database
- Manage recruitment channel online and offline
- Be in charge of Orientation and Induction program for New Hires at Factory (all levels except Manager & above).
- Conduct Exit interview for all levels (except Manager & above)
- Elaborate and update standard job list and job description system
- Employee exit process for all staff at factory: conduct exit interview, resignation letter, hand-over minutes.
II. Employee Engagement
- Initiate Employee Engagement Program and Make it happened
- In collaboration with Trade Union to organize staff’s events at factory
- Coordinate and lead corporate activities Year-End party, Company Outing Trip, Monthly Birthday, Tet holidays
III. Support C & B
- Labor contract: Update employees’ documents, make appointment letter for new employees, keep track of performance appraisal after probation, make/renew labor contract, and make decision to increase salary or change job position.
- Be in charge of Private Health Care

QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduates,
- Major: HR management is an advantage
- Strong communication in English both written and verbal
- Literate MS. Office
- Recruitment process; Networking
- Campus recruitment - Employer branding
- Good knowledge of manufacturing is an advantage
* Skills required:
- Interview skills
- Good communication both in English and Vietnamese.
- Presentation skill
- Strong interpersonal skills; professiona l manner
- Possess good analytical, time - management, organizational skills & keen on details.
- Self-motivated, independent and proactive.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, MS Power Point, Words).
- Customer-Oriented mindset/attitude.
* Working requirements:
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Business - oriented/ confidentiality
- Result - oriented.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 2 years at same position in MNC, experience at head-hunting services is preference
- Proactive, open mind-set
- Creative thinking
- Hard-working
- Flexible within disciplines
