HR Staff (Employment Relation)

Main job purpose:
• Working with all internal departments for cases related to employment relations.
• Participate in engage employees campaigns
• Support Training for Employees on Regulations content
Key accountabilities:
1/ Employee Relation:
• Participate to all ER activities
• Consultation of Labor issues/Labor dispute.
• Exit interview/Statistic report
• Review/renew all template/company forms
• Internal communication/Off-site meetings
• Employee engagement survey
• HR global project
2/ Training & Development:
• Orientation/Annual Training
• On boarding Process
• Company performance control
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education
• BA of Law.
• Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law
• Well understanding about other laws and legal documents related to employment ((Social insurance Law; PIT Law, Expat-employment)
2. Experience
· At least 2 years working in HR field
3. Professional Skill
• Good communication skill
• Negotiation, Presentation, Compliance, Engagement
4. Soft Skill
• Proficiency in using fundamental office applications
• Good in writing and speaking English
• Good writing skill for business correspondences
