Recruitment:

  • Post job as required from department head or MD
  • Support for screening interview in case
  • Call candidate and send interview invitation
  • Send job offer for success candidate
  • Do orientation on the first day for newcomer.

C&B:

  • Manage timesheet, punctuality, annual leave and overtime record
  • Send the record file to Finance Manager at each month end for salary calculation
  • Handle the Social Insurance report: sick, maternity, insurance book … inform the changes to Finance Manager for calculation and payment.

General:

  • Update the employee database, manage the labor contract renewal
  • Making announcement for newcomer, resignation or employee changes
  • Work with the MD and department head for matter related to employee discipline and relationship, making Memorandum
  • Be responsible for business trip arrangement, official rental, parking, internal events, ticket booking, office license, health check, accident insurance, car insurance, office cleaner , equipment maintenance …
  • Other management work as required from the MD.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Can work under pressure, team work, high responsibility;
  • Careful, hardworking, initiative person;
  • Have experience in administration at least 2 year;
  • Have good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
