HR Team Leader
Mô tả công việc
+ Maintain compliance and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
+ Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles;
+ Manage labor contracts, insurance, well-fair, training programs
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

+ English or Korean speaking ability
+ Have at least 7 years of experience
+ Have knowledge of Vietnam labor law, compliance
+ Strong communication and leadership skills
+ Strong decision-making٫ organizational and time-management skills
