1. Talent Acquisition:
• Be responsible for start-to-end recruitment process for staff level (across functions): job posting, CV shortlisting, interviewing, offering.
• Closely partner with in-charge departments to understand business status, workforce planning and ensure right talents are available.
• Support new hire having smooth integration and successful on-board.
• Manage and update talent pool, make sure the accuracy of employee profile counted in HR System.
2. Talent development:
• Collaborate closely with Managers to identify and implement training plan that are aligned with business growth workforce planning.
• Join the team in working with training vendors, trainers to select the training programs which suitable for requirement of business and training budget.
• Assist team in monitoring the whole process of training including in house training or external training implementation.
3. Employee relations & Compliance:
• Responsible for ISO audit in HR dept. and prepare documentation as per ISO standards.
• Join the team in designing & implementing activities to improve employee morale and engagement.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor of HR management, Law, Language...
• Good knowledge of labor law, labor market, talent trends and L&D activities.
• 4-5 years of experience at similar position in MNC/foreign companies.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Good English communication.
