Tiki is looking for HRBPs to help HR solve exciting problems and work with Global Leaders. The focus of this position will be to partners with leadership to drive performance and continued enhancement of the Tiki’s culture and capability. This is an exciting time for Tiki, and we are looking for a HRBP professional who can help us define our culture and HR Strategy to partner business while witnessing a phenomenal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a change agent for Tiki and business vertical to assist in exceeding goals and objectives
  • Serves as primary point person and consultant for all Human Resources matter for the Assigned Business Vertical. Provides advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, succession planning, recognition and rewards, performance management, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Be a key member of human resource team and participate in ensuring that the human resources policies, practices and programs support the business strategy, management principles, shared values, legal commitments, culture and philosophy.
  • Provide insightful reports and analysis of essential HR data to Business Leaders. Recommends programs and/or enhancements as necessary.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and mentoring to develop human resources team. He/she will ensure that core competencies are in place for the human resource team to be effective business partners.
  • Take a true hands-on approach to all issues and successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a Human Resources department is required with the majority of that time spent in HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Positive and proactive mindset, strong resilience, persistent, and sensitive on data
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent understanding of HR operations and willingness to be hands-on, when required.
  • Ability to work effectively under ambiguity and uncertain situation, to facilitate collaborative problem solving, to build lasting relationships & proficiency in written & verbal communication in English
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Power Point and Excel
  • Familiarity and experience developing/working on HRIS is a plus
