1/ Remuneration
• In charge of payroll and related activities including but not limited to database, overtime, payroll calculation, mandatory insurances, personal income tax, labour contract
• Provide monthly provision/costing to Finance
• Coordinate employee benefits programs medical insurance, annual health check-up
• Handle requirements relating to remuneration
• Develop and execute remuneration plans/programs in compliance with the statutory requirements and in line with the market
• Lead and coordinate the salary review process
• Lead and coordinate the overhead budget planning and review
• Responsible for the maintenance of records in accordance to the company records management policies
• Participate in internal/external remuneration surveys
2/ HRIS & Employee data
• Update and maintain the system
• Provide on-going reports upon request
• Manage expat data and remuneration
3/ Reporting
• Provide periodical reports upon internal/external requirements
Yêu cầu công việc
• University qualifications in Human Resource Management, Law or Administration Management/ related degrees.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws
• Strong English, both written and spoken
Experience required
• At least 3 years working experience in MNC
• Experience in payroll, health & social insurance, and personal income tax
• Experience is HR database/software
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Experience with developing and managing budget is an advantage
