RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage the company's recruitment according to the Recruitment Procedure.
- Prepare a recruitment notification, to contact the job referral centers to notify the recruitment, transfer the recruitment notification to the administrative secretary to put ads in the newspaper.
- Receive applications, check applications, return unsatisfactory applications, make a list to produce to the Manager/Director.
- Prepare - send test invitation letter as required the Manager, phone informing the candidates of the test date and time, to prepare the test content - testing room, passing the test to the Manager, to list the test results, announce the unsuccessful candidate.
- Make interview list, notify candidates by phone and mail, organize interviews (meeting room, repeat the schedule), list interview results, inform unsatisfactory candidates, notify Candidates who meet the requirements and schedule of taking jobs and making jobs.
- Transfer the candidate evaluation sheet to the accounting and salary accounting department, make a candidate evaluation sheet when on probation.
- Manage applications, curriculum vitae of the whole company: save employees' records in file by department. To build a list of company employees in the form, update monthly.
- Manage resignation records of employees: all employees leaving work are saved in chronological order, employees withdrawing their work, they must copy the records, make a list of employees taking leave by time, list of resigning employees similar to the current list of employees.
- Manage the company's training: building the training plans and programs, contacting training institutions, completing procedures for employees to attend training, saving qualifications - training certificates of employees, evaluating training results, saving training records.
- Conduct timekeeping for office employees to make a summary of overtime working, transfer to employees to sign, transfer to the manager to approve, transfer to the Accounting Division to calculate salaries for employees. In case of discovering new employees, employees resigning in the process of timekeeping, should make the proposal to the Manager for settlement.
- Suggest the plans to rewards, holidays, New Year, allowances ... for employees and organize implementation.
- Build the decisions on mobilization, appointment, dismissal, etc., at the request of the Manager and conduct the relevant procedures.
- Manage employees' leave, specifically: receiving leave applications, saving leave applications, monthly reporting the case of employees who take illegal (unpermitted) leave.
- Monitor and settle social insurance and health insurance for employees of the Company.
- Other administrative tasks.

- Graduated from formal universities with the relevant major.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Understanding and mastering the applicable labor laws.
- Vietnamese female employees, 23-30 years old, good-looking, sociable.
- Good English is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Proficiency in office computer skills (Word, Excel ...)
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Can work under high pressure, careful and detailed.
