A. Summary of Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
As our HR Executive, you will have an opportunity to lead and participate in all compensation & benefits, workflows, administrations. Moreover, you will need to improve the strong and sharp in a business mindset. Job duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Compensation & Benefits:
- Calculate and proceed monthly payroll.
- Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance.
- Manage compulsory insurance, including opening & closing Insurance books, claiming other related leave for Dreambuilders as required by Labor Law & Company.
- Reconcile payroll records (payments, deductions, general ledger entries for wages).
- Liaise with the relevant department to proceed with salary, bonus, social insurance, Personal Income Tax payments, etc.
- Submit compensation and benefits reports to the relevant Authority, as required.
- Finalize Personal Income Tax quarterly, yearly.
- Conduct tax code and dependent registration.
- Respond to staff inquiries related to payroll matters.
- Maintain records on changes in wage/salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions, new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.
- Frequently update the HR database, employee files to ensure the accuracy and up- to- date information of all employees is stored.
- Follow and renew labor contracts, service contracts, etc. and other documents which are assigned by the manager.

2. Recruitment:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment requests.
- Liaise job posting on all the social media to seeking candidates.
- Source and send all resumes to the hiring managers
- Negotiate the compensation & benefits with potential candidates and prepare offer letters.
- Take care of the onboard procedure for new Dreambuilders.

3. Administration tasks:
- Coordinate and work closely with external vendors for booking hotels, flight tickets for business trips, annual health check, private health insurance for all Employees
- Submit and coordinate to prepare the Work Permits, Temporary Residence Cards for Expats.
- The other tasks that are assigned by the Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduated in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- At least 2 years working in equivalent positions.
- A passion for engaging people and improving the workplace.
- The ability to achieve challenging performance goals, work under high pressure.
- A depth knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Labour Law.
- A drive to make things work efficiently and always improve.
