* GENERAL INFORMATION
- Position: IN HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL－TRADING
- Job Code: JO-180418-153981

* JOB DUTIES:
- Report to Japanese General Manager of Corporate Planning
- Assigned to Corporate Planning Department.
*Job Responsibilities:
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of queries of legal topics relevant to various business sectors.
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance of company governance;
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.) and creating relations of trust.
- Working well with the Authorities for all types of licensing procedures, Permits, Certificates, etc.
- Other tasks as requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Desirable Background & Experience:
* Essential Requirements
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree Major in Law
- Language Skills: English Business level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 30 - 35
- Having in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws & regulations and common practice.
- Proven working experience as a legal advisor;
- 5 years working experience as In-house
- Familiarity with Vietnamese law and regulations, legal procedures and licensing procedures, government system;
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.) and creating relations of trust.
- Proficiency in MS office
* Preferable Requirements
- Gender: Male is preferable
- Has been working for an international law firm at least 5 years.
* Desirable Character:
- Ability to analyze and judge multiple business activities/fields and work under pressure and urgency.
- Good secretarial and organizational skills.

- Work Location: Distric 1, HCMC
- Work Time:
- Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 17:15)
- Salary Range: Gross 21,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND /Per Month /Non negotiable
- Bonus and Incentives: 13th month salary/ Performance review once per year
- Benefit(s): Annual leave/ Insurance base on Vietnamese Law
