1. Account Internship:

Support Account team to work with cross function team (Creative, Planning, Logistics) to develop proposal, quotation and sell to clients.
Work with cross function team to execute projects on time and beyond committed quality. To coordinate with Account team, Creative team to develop proposal.

2. Planning Internship:

To propose, write and present marketing solution strategies, communication plans
To brief design team and follow up design
To be able to detect consumer insights and turn insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions
Prepare contract, liquidation report as requested.
Support Account Manager to acquire more prospect clients.

3. Procurement Internship:

Hỗ trợ việc mua hàng hóa, vật tư theo đúng yêu cầu của các Phòng/bộ phận theo Quy trình mua hàng.
Soạn thảo hợp đồng mua, đơn đặt hàng, đàm phán với nhà cung cấp
Theo dõi tình trạng hàng hóa sau khi đặt hàng;
Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề liên quan khi thực hiện mua hàng như hàng sai, hàng lỗi, hàng không đúng chất lượng;
Tổng hợp các hồ sơ đề làm chứng từ thanh toán;

1. Account Internship:

Intelligent, integrity and ambitious to make difference.
Strong passion about marketing field, especial in Below the line marketing services (event, activation).
Communication skill (verbal and written) in English, Vietnamese.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point).
Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary client service excellence.

2. Planning Internship:

Creative, passionate, smart, dynamic for innovative marketing solutions
Have knowledge about Marketing, especial in below-the-line marketing service (activation, event)
Experience of project management (account position) and developing proposal would be an advantage
Excellent presentation skills with Powerpoint (writing and visual), presentation skill, and ability to weave ideas into stories
Excellent English skills (both verbal and written).
Minimum bachelor degree level – preferably in marketing/English major.
