Mô tả công việc

- Assist personnel with installation, configuration and going usability of system hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
- Monitoring, maintaining and verifying functionality of hardware and software components
- Setting up accounts for new users and possibly training more junior staff members
-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
- Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
- Conduct daily network backup operations

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in computer networks and system maintenance
- At least 1 years’ experience on current network operating systems
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate effectively to a varied audience
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
- Certified VMWare, CISCO, HP SAN, Microsoft system is an advantage
