Job Purpose

  • Conduct and organize training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity
  • Involve the creation of content for various types of training
  • Think for instance of participant materials, videos, practical exercises, and interactive eLearning.

Main Accountabilities

  • Identify Learning and Development needs
  • Analyse data gathered from line managers on competencies required and gaps identified
  • Incorporate profiling tools into the learning needs analysis process
  • Prioritise learning needs based on current and future business requirements
  • Co-ordinate learning programmes
  • Work with business units to develop business case course content
  • Select suitable internal and/or external trainers in consultation with business units
  • Monitor budgets and grant schemes for learning programmes
  • Liaise with internal trainers and external vendors for scheduling and conducting courses
  • Organize training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback
  • Monitor progress and cost of training courses and programs
  • Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems
  • Maintain learning & development budget
  • Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports
  • Contribute to L&D department events & activities
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Learning and Development Manager

Specialized knowledge

Knowledge

  • Experience in execution of recruitment programs and events
  • Good network within industry is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills and take charge attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate executional follow-up

Skills

  • Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)

Others

  • High adaptability
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage & adhere to a budget

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or Business related
  • 2 -3 years and above in Human Resource (specially in Recruitment & L&D)
  • Business knowledge

Communication scope

  • Internal team: Cooperate with L&D Manager to support training program
  • Other departments in the company: Work with the Manager of departments to find out needs and plan training. Work with HR team on competency framework, job description and training route for each position.
  • Non-corporate partners: Cooperate with partners that provide training services, or trainers outside the company such as Universities, Training centers…
