Land & Resettlement Executive

We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Land & Resettlement Executive based in Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province. The successful candidate will be a candidate with experience in land clearance and applying for a Land Use right certificate, having knowledge of land law and willing to learn.

1. Cooperate with local authorities, and contractors to carry out the land clearance and resettlement process - 40%
- Double check landowner confirmation forms.
- Involving in land survey and inventory.
- To check documents before payment compensation and organize payment batch for compensation.
- Attend meetings with authorities.
- Filing documents.
2. Applying for land lease decision; Land Use right certificate for Company and tenant and/ or carrying out other procedures - 40%
- Prepare or cooperate with consultants/ contractors to prepare dossiers for land lease and LURC application.
- Attend meetings with authorities.
3. Other works as assigned by HOD/ Management - 20%
- To involve in other works in order to protect land;
- To advise HOD and BOD on issues related to Land management work as assigned from time to time.
