- Provision of general legal advice covering Foreign Direct Investment, labour, regulatory, general corporate/commercial/M&A and tax matters
- Drafting contracts and licensing documentation
- Liaising with both clients and governmental authorities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education required: Bachelor Degree in Law
- Vietnamese Legal Practice Certificate (preferable)
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience post obtaining Legal Practice Certificate
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Capable of managing client matters independently (preferable)
