1. LEGAL:
- Responsible for the legal aspect of the Company's activities.
- Draft, review and/ or translate of the contracts, agreements, documents of the company and ensure the legality of documents before submission.
- Participate in drafting legal documents, rules, regulations, model contracts, reviewing and amending documents
- Work with state agencies on legal procedures: investment activities, business licenses, work permits, etc.
- Consult on legal regulations, update and disseminate newly issued legal documents related to company's operations.
- Legal recommendations on issues that need to be changed, canceled or supplemented in order to build and perfect the organization.
2. ADMINISTRATION:
- Carry out administrative tasks, paperwork and intranet at the factory.
- Archive, categorizes all legal, important and confidential documents. Follow up and update document when expired.
- Arrange business travel and accommodation for staff and manager.
- Prepare necessary documents for foreign employees such as visas, temporary residence cards, insurrance, work permits, driver's licenses, air tickets, transportation, accommodation, etc.
- Maintain and re-order office supplies and other equipment as required.
- Regular payment of fixed costs: rent, telephone, internet, electricity, water, transportation, visa, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or other related areas
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the same position
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline and to handle multiple tasks
- Honest, responsible; Good at communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Engish (4 skills)
- Working day: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 17:30)
