• Drafting and proofreading legal documents
• Reporting and corresponding with parent company
• Filing, organizing, scanning, copying and preparing notarized legal documents
• Preparing and submitting documents related to investment, establish/modify the branch/business location, corporate legal, …
• Preparing and submitting all application for expatriates’ legal documents such as entry visa, work permit, temporary residence card
• Reviewing all contracts or other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
• General office management such as ordering stationery, drinking water and order supplies for office and stores, arrangement of travel and accommodation for a business trip, …
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
• Keep track and make payment requests for admin related cost
• Other ad hoc tasks
Yêu cầu công việc
• A Bachelor degree in Law from a certified university in Vietnam
• 1 to 2 year of experience in a relevant role
• Business English (equivalent to Toeic 735 - 860)
• Have a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to the business
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good work organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Clear logical thinking skills
• Experience working at a foreign or retail company is a plus
