LEGAL (70%):
- Work with departments to develop and review internal governance policies and monitor compliance with internal policies.
- Providing legal advice to BODs and stakeholders based on actual requirements related to business legal matters.
- Research and report to BODs and stakeholders on factors that are likely to pose legal risks to the business and continuously update new laws, new regulations.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (30%):
- Drafting and controlling the content of the company’s HR regulations, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the current Law and the company’s Rules/Regulations.
- Advise and train managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems, employee grievances and labor discipline.
- Represent the organization to meet and negotiate with employees, and the authorities (if any) on labor-related issues.
- Handling labor disciplines and cases related to employee relations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the legal industry.
- Have strong experience in handling employee relation issues.
- Understand the provisions of the laws & decresss related to professional work of human resource management.
- Thorough understanding of negotiation techniques, dispute resolution and compensation administration.
