Mô tả công việc
- Handle simple contract review.
- Research and preparation of advice for a variety of contractual matters which may include freight and logistics services, sea/air charters, intra-company contracts, IT vendors and leases.
- Support the entity to implement the new Data Protection obligations.
- Support the local compliance delegate to develop and implement the compliance program.
- Support to check customer’s requirement as to Compliance.
- Support to monitor and update Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulation.
- Evaluation of Compliance in HSE following ISO 14001 & 45001 standard.
- Other Tasks assigned by QHSE & CSR Assistant Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Undergraduate or graduate students preferred majoring in Law.
- Internship with duration of 6 months preferred.
- General knowledge in corporate governance, contract review, compliance (anti-bribery and anti-corruption international laws), data, privacy, dispute resolution, insurance and (pre)litigation.
- Excellent level of English (both oral & written) with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Independent and fast learner.
- Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving skills.
