Legal Consulting Assistant
Mô tả công việc
• Research and prepare documents;
• Research and draft contracts to clients;
• Participate in consulting to clients;
• Contact some departments and assist to complete paperwork on behalf of clients;
• Follow up with the documents submitted until it completes;
• Translate documents to if have;
• Assist other departments when need;
• Undertake other jobs as assigned by the Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree of BA in Laws or Economy;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook;
• Good English skills and other languages as an advantage;
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment;
• Team work skill, active, being sociable, critically and logically;
• Be able to learn new things quickly and do multi-task in work places.
Other information:
• Probation term: 02 months;
• Working time : from Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm;
• Training opportunities: internal and other training;
• Days off: follow Viet Nam's labor law;
