Position: Senior Legal Specialist/Legal Manager (open level)
Working Location: 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Ward 9, Dist 5, HCMC
Report to: CEO

What you will do:

Legal Operations & Risk Management:

Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements, including partnerships, vendor contracts, and customer agreements, …
Implement internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal guidelines and minimize exposure to legal liabilities.
Identify potential legal risks associated with the company's activities, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Regulatory Affairs:

Work closely with regulatory authorities to interpret and apply existing financial and e-commerce regulations to Fundiin's business model.
Develop strategies to navigate regulatory challenges and maintain a compliant business framework.

Legal Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with Vietnam's local laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact Fundiin's operations.
Proactively advise management and relevant stakeholders on legal requirements and potential implications for the company's activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

What you need to succeed in this role:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
At least 3 years in relevant positions, preferably within the financial services or tech industry, with a strong understanding of financial and e-commerce regulations in Vietnam.
Experience in handling legal ambiguity and interpreting general laws for novel business models, such as BNPL services.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Proactive and strategic thinker with a strong sense of business acumen.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
