Legal & Human Resource Executive

** Work location: 561A Điện Biên Phủ, Phường 25, Quận Bình thạnh, TP. Hồ Chí Minh
** Main responsibilities:
1. Legal:
• Review the assigned contracts & draft common contracts to ensure they are legal binding and company-oriented protective both in commercial terms and legal terms
• Administer the signed contracts and notify relevant departments the due time for contract renewal
• Drafting out-going official document as advised
• Foresee legal issues that may affect the Company’s business and recommend solutions as appropriate
• Consult and provide other departments of legal advice when necessary
• Assist and liaise with the local authorities concerned in relevant matters (establishment of branches, investment licenses, import licenses, registration of corporate documents, registration of new products, etc.) when required
• Application and necessary action in the registration and protection of Company’s brand and trademark
• Check agreement content and ensure having agreements signed before relevant departments execution
• Revise contracts or prepare appendix for any changes of original documents
• Register promotion scheme & activities with the Department of Trade.
• Prepare docs for application (FDA, court case…)
2. HR
Recruitment:
- Collect new comers’ documents, arrange and input employees’ data into HR system
- Making Offer Letter, labor contract, decision, warning letter, termination documents for leaving staff (contract termination agreement, termination checklist)
Training & Development:
• Prepare for new staffs working conditions and HR procedures
• Support HR Manager to follow up training plan, individual development plan, record competency framework, training needs, prepare annual training plan and budget
• Help HR Manager to implement the performance appraisal process, record all employee performance data.
• Organize New year eve party, Birthday party or Company parties/activities
• Maintain good working environment / settle dispute between employee-employee and company-employee
Yêu cầu công việc
• Male or Female, Age: under 30
• Cadidate must possess at least at College degree in Legal or related field.
• At least 02 years experience in the related field is required for this position at Joint venture or foreign-owned companies.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Able to work both independently and as a team member
• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good spoken & written English skills
• Positive, can do attitude
