Legal Manager

Prepare, draft, and review contracts & agreements, relevant legal documents, legal briefs and opinions, and other documents produced in daily operation of projects.
- Advise company concerning business transaction, agreements in normal course of projects.
- Directly responsible for the control, design and end to end management of specific insurance policies.
- Identify and discuss any legal risk, findings and recommendations with CEO and/or HODs relating to the operation of projects.
- Proactively assist other departments to deal with relevant authorities to protect the company’s interest.
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time in relation to the position
- Prepare and provide legal documents and questions related to corporate and project legislation to investors to conduct a review of the target company
- Advise on deal structuring and Vietnamese/Singapore laws related to M&A transactions, financing transactions with investors (equity or debt investors) and lenders from Vietnam or overseas.
- Provide legal support and advice in connection with complex energy services and energy infrastructure development projects, including with respect to supporting project financing, permitting matters and any administrative or other legal proceedings related to or arising from such project.
