Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a multinational FMCG company. Our highly respected client is seeking a Legal professional with at least 3 years' experience in managing legal affairs. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
Legal Manager will be focused on managing and reviewing the Company’s contracts, ensuring the effective implementation and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Legal:
• Set up contract review system including drafting contract/agreement templates.
• Provide legal advice to the other departments to ensure the obligations are met
• Review other legal documentation
2. Compliance:
• Assist HOD to implement annual compliance review system
• Recommend suitable revision and modification to improve the compliance program
• Ensure the effective implementation and compliance with the policies of the company
• Co-ordinate with External Affairs to update the impact of new government policies and regulations.
