Mô tả công việc
- Provide legal opinions, prepare, draft, review contracts and other legal documents (including but not limited to commercial contracts, human resources procurement contracts, service contracts, leasing agreements, power of attorney, minutes of meeting or any similar documents in relation to the Company) to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the Company’s interest.
- Prepare and submit documents related to investment, new investment project, new branch, change company’s information, registration of intellectual property, corporate legal…
- Support line managers in analyze and summarize complex legal documents and matters.
- Representatives of the Company participate in relevant trials (if any).
- Support the company on corporate legal issues whenever there are authorities’ inspections.
- Research and update latest legal documents.
- Other duties as assigned by line managers.
- Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated in bachelor of Law degree
- Fluent level English speaking and writing
- At least 3 years of Experienced in contract for FMCG, Manufacturing or Law firm
- Strong in negotiation & communication skills
- Ability to work independent & team management
- Flexibility and provide timely solutions.
