• Reviewing of Franchise contracts in coordination with related parties; Drafting and reviewing of Service contract, Consumer contracts as well as short-term contracts to adhere to the daily business operations of the Company
• Taking part in contracts negotiations
• Consult on legal issues incur relating to process/negotiate contracts
• Coordinating with the related parties to ensure contracts meet Company requirements
• Briefing franchise contracts and revisions to departments for implementation (Finance, Operation, Sales & Marketing, Exim Depts)
• Establish and maintain contract database, ensure it is up-to-date
• Other assigned from Legal Manager from time to time
Yêu cầu công việc
• Law Degree
• Minimum three years working in retail industry or multinational company
• Experience in contract essentials
• Experience in logistics or distribution area or commercial transaction
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Good Microsoft Office application skills
• Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Quick learner and problem solver
