Licensing Officer (Project)

Report to: Head of Legal & Compliance; Licensing Manager

Job Description:

The key responsibilities include:

• To carry out, manage, and be responsible for project licensing (including but not limited to the firefighting, construction permit, environment permits applicable to the RTS, solar farm, energy efficiency matters, and the relevant applications/ permits) preparation, registration, execution, and safekeeping.
• To work with and/or supervise all third parties involved (including but not limited to the consultants, the EPC contractors, clients) for project licensing purposes.
• To work with the competent State authorities for project licensing purposes.
• To assist the Line Manager in administration and enforcement of all relevant licensing matters and to deputies as appropriate.
• To undertake any other such duties as may be reasonably required.
• Work subject to deadlines involving changing problems, circumstances or demand.
