Mô tả công việc
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues related to cases.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor of Laws or higher, admission to the bar and a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
