Mô tả công việc
- To carry out daily customer service/ documentation tasks efficiently and works within the guidelines and company's policies and procedures.
- To follow up on customer shipment advices and feedback to customers and overseas agents and make respective shipping document for both inbound/ outbound cargo: booking request, booking release, SI, BL, DO, Arrival notice, etc.
- To check shipping documents.
- To send shipping advice to overseas agents.
- To verify price from vendors/ service suppliers/ liners, etc.
- To handle incident management and handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree holder major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or other logistics/ shipping line related fields.
- Good communication skill, customer oriented, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English communication.
- Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1 years experience in logistics related field.
- Team work or work independently ability.
- Enthusiastic, sociable, honest, proactive, creative.
