- Finding, Maintaining and take care of the list of clients / projects assigned
- Contact and set up appointments with the contractor, the design consultant, investor of the projects to present products of company
- Preparing tender document, quotation and deal contract
- Analysis, reporting and business plan for each project assigned, submitted and discussed with director to approve the appropriate business strategy
- To coordinate with the support department to follow delivery and payment
- Performing other tasks as required by Director
